If you are monitoring/reducing carbs and sugars be careful with this approach.Try having fruit instead of chocolate
Fruit is generally high in sugar - there's about 20g carb in one apple, for example. Tropical/exotic fruit (pineapple etc) tends to be a lot sweeter. Tinned fruit is often sold in a sugar solution on top of the sugar in the fruit itself.I didn't know they have sugar in fruit
I love these. Not as cheap as you'd hope, coming from Aldi, but really nice and the smaller individual packets can help with self-control if you leave the big packet in the kitchen and take one of the individually wrapped bars out of the packet elsewhere to enjoy. Some of Aldis bars come in 1 packet with individual bars separately wrapped. If you can limit yourself to 1 bar at a time and not complete packet it helps.
I put mine in a high cupboard so as to forget it is there and have to make an effort if I remember it.I love these. The Aldi chocolate is called Moser Roth. It is available in quite a few different flavours and comes in milk and dark chocolate. However I don't no what the carb count is as I don't check it.What are they called
