Cinnamon & Honey

    That would be the cereal I can't eat because it would elevate my BG levels so much?
    Some of these so called cures sound pretty lethal to me.
    I do use cinnamon - a small pinch in my morning coffee, for the flavour and smell - but many spices are only safe in small amounts.

    I love honey but am very,very careful with it as it has about 75% as much carbs/sugars as refined white sugar. Honey = 76gm carbs per 100gm and white sugar 105gm.
