We have no fault compensation in New Zealand, covering all "accidents", can I say that T1 was n accident? No one really seems to know what causes it...?I suppose compensation is awarded when somebody/ something has gone wrong So does that man I have to pay myself as it was my immune system that did the “dastardly “ deed , so I guess the answer for me would be hee with lots of haw
i totally understand , I have been on hundreds of accident investigations and I would say over 90 % were due to a fault whether it be a system , a working practice or just human error , the most common accidents happen when we are doing something we class as routine , i believe accidents, whilst they can be devastating , are the way we learn .We have no fault compensation in New Zealand, covering all "accidents", can I say that T1 was n accident? Your injury must be because of an accident. ACC doesn’t cover things like illness, conditions from ageing and emotional issues.![]()
