Just an update.
Spoke to nurse yesterday different one to last time but easier to talk to , and told her what my diet was ,her reaction was that’s not low carb but no carb ,eg breakfast bacon and eggs no carbs .
She said which may be right that I need some carbs like a small amount of potatoes and veg and when I mentioned cream in my coffee she nearly had a fit .
Yesterday I had my lowest BG reading to date 4.8 but I also felt a bit light headed.
So today I had bacon, egg, mushrooms, and one waffle about 14g of carbs to see what that would do to my BG ,I didn’t take my level before meal as it was too near me getting up (dawn phenomenon) after two hours post meal BG 6.5 but I feel a lot better in myself .
What is a good level to keep my BG ?, between 5.5 and 7.0 I feel a lot better than in the 4s .
And how many carbs a day is ok , I noticed on this website that 0 to 50 is Keto ultra low and 50 to 90 is low. I think this is realistic 50 to 90 carbs , but I bow to your experience in this.
