I’m confused, easily done! I bought these pitta breads from the USA, via Amazon as they are low carb. However there’s a helpful little panel (top pic) reminding me to subtract the fibre from the carb count. Do I need to do that to reach the UK equivalent carb count? I forget if UK carb counts are calculated with or without fibre? Still 4g or 7g, they’re still doable in my eating plan, but I like to be as accurate as I can!
