What happens to you when you do a blood test while you're cooking? Specifically, say, when you're cooking up a storm for several people, there's a fair few ingredients, you're taking the odd sip of wine, and something goes wrong - like the lid gets jammed on the pressure-cooker, you're not sure whether you're low or high, and you're spinning 10 plates.
