Try "twitching" the muscles just above the ankles, I find it helps. The heart naturally relaxes at night reducing blood pressure hence reducing blood flow in the legs. Twitching the muscles just above your ankles helps blood flow in the feet and legs. I find it both free and effective, well worth trying!Can we get an update on this please...?
Having calf cramps at night these last few weeks myself. Did you find out the cause? Did the K2 help?
