Hi, I want to ask if anyone else has experienced bad treatment from their Diabetes specialists/nurse?
I have had type 1 diabetes for over 48 years, too long.
I was prescribed a libre 2 monitor (love it), however it’s had a downside.
As soon as my diabetic nurse realised that I was in target for 86% of the time, I was immediately discharged from their services.
Not only that, I was told that if I had problems in the future to see a GP and ask to be referred, with no idea of how long a referral would take.
After continual care from the Diabetic services since the age of 6, I feel completely lost.
Any advice?
