It's not where I live so drink bottled water only. If the tap water here was ok I would be perfectly happy to drink it don't see the problem with coffee either.A good and comprehensive list, but why 'bottled water', isn't the stuff from the tap OK,
I never took any notice of that as I always drank the water from the sink nearest the cold water inlet. After my experience with water from a hotel a week ago I am going to jump on the "watch were your water comes from and take my own" with me. If it was my list I would also make a different choice of oils. Although I have probably messed (personalised) with the list I hope it is true to the intent of the person who originally posted. It is pure cut and paste sorry to say.A good and comprehensive list, but why 'bottled water', isn't the stuff from the tap OK, it is perfectly fine here and cheaper too. And there's virtually zero carbs in coffee. Not sure about hard cheeses, I think soft may be lower carb, but may be wrong.

That is how it came into my possession. Highlight the bit you want to copy with your cursor. Press ctrl and c together. click into the destination wordprocesing document placing your cursor firmly onto the document . Press ctrl and v together. Wait a few minutes and hey presto you have your own copy to alter and print as you wish. I am sure someoe cleverer than me will be able to translate my method into the proper jargonspeak and suggest another way of doing it. This way works for me anyway. What a fantastic list would I be able to print this off.

And remember if using apples - use tart ones (you can always sweeten with Stevia). Apparently the liver needs tart sharp things to work well - which includes lemons and limes (and lemon has the added bonus of lowering the GI of any food its used with - which I never knew before!)aaargh I just peeked. I saw rustic apple tart. I have 14 apple trees and no idea how many boxes of apples still in store. May I look at the recipe? Darn the rhubarb is just coming into season (timperley early not maincrop) It is a veg. I can stew it. right.... but now I have peeked I recall the best barby recipe ever -sticky barb pudding. A sort of sponge over the fruit (depends on baking powder for the raise so I guess almond flour does not work) topped with a brown sugar cornflour mix. pour boiling water over the top. Sigh, happy memories but what big hips.
