I'm sure there's more.
Him of tv fame. I think he started off on Richard and Judy but am not 100% about that.
Anyway he keeps popping up on my FB in an advert with Richard Branson with the cure for diabetes.
Anyone know what it's about?

I can only assume that it's yet another racket.
I've watched the advert through.
Branson has invested fifty million quid in it.
Hillary had to save his brother and had two weeks to do it.
In that two weeks he discovers a rare plant in the Himalayas and twelve other ingredients when mixed with sodium in just the right amounts cures diabetes for life!!!
All that in two weeks and gets fifty million quid out of Branson to help get it all going.
See why I'm just a little sceptical?

There have been a number of fake uses of images of Hilary Jones, Michael Mosley, Richard Branson etc - all potential/actual scams. We had a few posts about this last year, I think. It's probably doing the rounds again.

I would have thought that if Branson etc had really got the "cure" for diabetes we'd be hearing all about it in other places. So I think what you have there is 101% scam, but the people whose images are being used (without their consent) aren't actually involved.

Great stuff and let this be a warning to these types of scams!
It's very cleverly produced.

This was actually on a TV programme last year ( don’t ask which one or when) the guy himself was saying it’s a deep fake scam

There are deep fake scams regarding tiny USB charged AI dogs too? (We’ve spotted the “non invasive BG watches.)
The adds get taken down then pop back up else where?

Lol. You can tell the dogs are AI generated.. there is one clip of a “Geppetto” looking guy in a workshop using a screwdriver on a lemon??? (Not a typo.)
& producing these dogs..
(Edit. I won’t ad link, no wish to contravene advertising forum guidelines.)

Some guys on YouTube exposed the scam by purchasing these “lifelike AI dogs.”
What they got was replaceable battery operated rigid crudely animated yapping toy tech from 40 years ago…

If it was a reality? I would have loved to get my mum one…

“If it sounds to good to be true it probably is”! ;)
You should have seen these dogs?
Adorable..

Would have looked good in a sci fi…
Apart from the poor old technician knocking these out by the thousands on a bench with a screwdriver like an underpayed Santa….

If it looks like a fish and smells like a fish it’s a fish

I’ve seen an AI pug save a mermaid…
Very true I keep forgetting, there use to be a saying “ the camera never lies” these days a camera could be an elephant serving cream teas in a mini skirt……… hmm or is that my warped mind
