Apart from water what do you drink regularly day in day out with type 2. I think I've come to the realisation that even soft drinks that say no added sugar are still relatively high. Is the usual Robinsons juice drinks off the menu?

I drink black coffee and tea without sweeteners. I do not drink soft drinks of either type whether heavy or light, no cordial either.

Also I drink low carb beer both draft and bottled, I enjoy a singe malt whisky.

I have the occasional squash which is zero carb (Tesco) but usually drink just water or lemon flavoured Perrier. Tesco tonic with lime is nice too.

Coffee with double cream. Can now tolerate tea with a splash of ss milk. Had to give up tea on dx as the ss spiked me, but now ok. Red wine in the evening.

I drink tea with almond milk, copious amounts of water and limit sugar free diet coke to no more that one per day (usually not even that). I am Type 1, my husband who is Type 2 drinks water with sugar free diet cordial.

I'm currently sipping on a Pepsi Max which has zero everything

I frequent Lidl, and get the cherry, bitter lemon, tropical fruit etc fizzy drinks and the no carb squash - I do not drink a lot of them, but they seem good.
I can also recommend their ground coffee - it is vacuum packed and looks like a gold brick - it is very good - having had to purchase ground coffee elsewhere recently, the quality was not at all equal and the price a lot higher (I used to do storage testing for Allied Lyons and have an excellent sense of taste)

I usually have carbonated water, dry red wine and espresso with double cream and erythritol. As I don't like the taste of the usual commercial sweeteners in soft drinks, I make my own bitter lemon concentrate with cinchona bark, lemon peel, lemon juice, citric acid and erythritol. Mix is one to 10 or even 1 to 20 (with sparkling water), so virtually no carbs in it.

I usually stick with carbonated water, tea and espresso, which is bulletproof or regular, or with a bit of cream in.... I had to check Robinsons, as we don't have the brand here in the Netherlands, but I do think it's still on. :)

I drink tea mainly. When I’m at work I drink coffee and if I go out anywhere else it’s usually a latte. I don’t drink water.
