Eat to Live Forever.

Well maybe.. but when you are allegedly "eating for longevity" and "the best way" shouldn't problems like that clear up?
They also both looked incredibly unwell and he had a pot belly.
Exactly you put over very well what I was thinking .Now I'm off to imagine I'm eating a blueberry lol

Depends what the problem is - I had an uncle who had Retina Pigmentosa and went blind at 21. It had nothing to do with what he ate just bad luck and genes.
 
she may have sensory issues with lights, or light induced migraines. My son has to wear sun glasses a lot, even in the house.
I've had migraines/light issues and also a time when due to other eye problems one pupil was "jammed" open so that eye couldn't respond normally (actually - not at all!) to changes in light intensity, so sometimes dark glasses indoors may be essential, and nothing at all to do with diet...

I just watched this and noticed it was made 4 or 5 years ago so is already out of date with regards to a good way of eating healthy. The calorie couple both look like one more clean shirt will do them. The fruitarians was just a joke.

Best thing I got from it is glad I don't live in America.
