excellent post. I agree with the two days as wellI think they bung me up for a while then I adjust. That is, if I haven't been eating eggs and then eat some it does seem to bung me up, but when I am eating eggs regularly every day there doesn't seem to be the same effect.
I find it hard to tell, sometimes. I'm working on the theory that it takes 2 days for foods to pass through; that is because things that "assist" don't seem to on Day 1 but on Day 2........

I wonder if How their cooked matters. Normally I was eating them hard boiled or cooked in an omelet and now soft boiled with bacon or lox. Could be the soft yolk?

ME TOO. I love eggs anyway I can get them, and any time of day!I have soft yolks. I love my soft runny boiled eggs and runny fried or poached.
Grandson eats about 12 or more a day has not reported any problems.
Somethings changed and the addition of a daily egg is the only thing I can think off
