Eggs

at least half a dozen , I remember when I was diagnosed in 1980 I was told only 3 eggs a week thank god that’s over

Eggs are my go to lunch at work daily. At least 2 sometimes 3. Plus also have bacon n eggs for some teas so often having more than a dozen a week

Depends what you are counting. Do you mean eggs as eggs (e.g. boiled, scrambled, poached? Or also eggs included in other items? For example, egg wash for pastry or in cake or biscuits? Not sure which category I'd put shakshuka.

Although, to be honest, whatever the answer, it varies hugely from week to week. The most important thing for my diet is variety. It's difficult to over indulge in anything when you don't have the same every day or week.

How many egg do you eat a week?
Around 25. - usually start my day by breaking fast around mid day. 3 in an omelette or boiled then smashed into a cup with butter. I’m also a fan of baked custard as a pudding for supper. Double cream egg yolk and vanilla whipped and slow baked with a grating of nutmeg

Probably not enough of them! I've never been a great egg lover since I was a child, though I believe they ought to be a reasonable part of my diet. All my eggs currently get well hidden in baked items or things like crustless quiches, so sometimes none, but maybe a maximum of 3-4 a week.

It is if I can buy any at the shops! But I have a Polish shop that usually gets pallets of trays of eggs from Poland even now when there are none in the general food shops. They can be expensive. Eggs help control my diabetes.
So, also depends on supply.

Amount of eggs - anything from about 7 eggs to about 28...I go with how I feel like. So on some days I may have none, but not very often.

I was eating 3 a week in sandwiches at lunch for work. I don’t eat any now as I’ve moved on to cheese and pickle sandwiches.
