Eggs

I have one every morning as an ingredient in my low carb ‘porridge’, then may have an omelette or fried eggs for dinner one or two nights so probably average 10/week
 
Have them for breakfast most morning and if not eating at breakfast will be incorporated into lunch . Between 10- 24
 
Used too have 1 daily now only when I fancy one but might start having again for breakfast after Christmas is over
 
Typically between 14-21 per week, scrambled or fried.
