Exercise and low blood sugar

well thats what i thought surely the liver should be working for us not against us. it does it in the morning to give us the energy we need to get up and get going. if it didnt then we would all be lazy day time tv watchers. so i think the liver does what it has to do

If you have ever seen anyone run out of glucose and collapse in a gibbering heap, you'll be glad of a fully functioning liver. Blame your pancreas for sleeping on the job.

2,8 is definitely too low!

I had a 2.8 the other day which is low for me but a quick check on another finger revealed a 3.5 and 30 mins later another finger a 5.6.

Blood circulation takes just short of an hour to throughly mix anything put in so if you are burning up your blood glucose and your liver trips in at say 4.0, whilst some parts of your blood stream are now enriched, others continue to be depleted. It'll be an hour before a test gives uniform results.

i have laid off the testing the last few days. mainly as its bloody expensive. and i never seem to get bad results. well high ones i mean. so i now am only testing if i feel rubbish or dizzy etc.
