Absolutely fine thanks, I do need to try to find time to up my distance though. I certainly feel that there are a few more miles in the legs but time is my limiting factor now.1/2 marathon! Great stuff .. how're you feeling today?
Great activity, but yes just the time it must eat up is tough to squeeze in to a busy day. Still very impressive though mate. Great going.Absolutely fine thanks, I do need to try to find time to up my distance though. I certainly feel that there are a few more miles in the legs but time is my limiting factor now.

It was nice ... but I have to admit ..not as enjoyable as I used to find it. I think I need to start adding some more carbs to my diet now though. Just to keep the body's systems used to having to deal with them and to fuel the workouts. If the blood glucose levels start climbing I'll cut back.Hope you enjoyed the ice cream

Thanks, though running must be easier than your exercise routine.Great activity, but yes just the time it must eat up is tough to squeeze in to a busy day. Still very impressive though mate. Great going.
Thanks, but I don't think so. Well certainly not for me anyway, I'm built for sprinting, long distance running is so inefficient for my body type. The workouts I do are easier for me, always done in 30 minutes and never have to go to the gym, all my travel time is taking the kid to music lessons and football practice LOLThanks, though running must be easier than your exercise routine.
Sneaky trainer! Great workout though.Libre 5.7
