It’s improving your FBG so it’s not all bad, can’t believe having an extra protein shake at bedtime has got me mostly into the 5’s club
Trainer told me to try cassien protein powder at night as it’s slow release so going to try that & see if it makes any difference

Been awake half the night coughing, but doesn’t seem to affect my blood sugar
Nutrition & exercise must be working
Hope your mouth is better today, it’s day 6 so should almost be back to normal, you can’t just live on huel, at least my protein shakes taste nice

Didn’t get to speak to daughter last night, on my list for today
New protein shake like icing sugar & not very nice, had it last night after my cough medicine & just made me cough that much I threw it all back up (maybe why FBG up this morning)
Please try & wat something other than protein shakes today if you can

2x12 deadlifts
6x10 deadlifts
3x10 Bulgarian split squats each leg
Then
5x wall balls
10x walking lunges (knee to floor)
5x chest to floor burpees
100m sprint
10 rounds
Stretch, absolutely knackered now
In the 5’s is great, 4’s are a bit low
