Glad they found out what was wrong. Great that she's coming home today.
A UTI .. oh my, must be fairly common it has happened with my mum a couple of times. I thought it was just something my mum was a bit susceptible to. Good news though .. antibiotics and back home! Delighted to hear the good news

Having a good half term, bowling yesterday, hanging out and having nice meals together, lots of love and cuddles. She's back at her mum's today for the 2nd half of the holiday. We had good fun together.

Treadmill is great thanks, keep trying different programmes, they all want me to run on an incline

OMG .. I am so bad at bowling .. and I tried really hard to make sure she won. But I'm so bad, that trying to lose made me win!! Terrible!! She took it well though, as it was a one off LOL. Oh well .. next time!
Treadmill sounds great! .. walking on an incline treadmill is a nice option for burning a few calories, not sure the knees would appreciate the running on an incline so much though!

Fantastic FBG as usual, all that huel seems to be working for you, lasagne sounds lovely, I use aubergine too when I have time
Bad dad beating your daughter at bowling, maybe try playing with your non dominant arm next time, I think all bowling balls are made for right handed people (that’s my excuse) my son used to get strikes time after time & mine went down the gulley
So pleased it’s Friday I need a day off
Just getting barbell out, great way to start the day

I have no idea why some people would do them any other way .. unless they have an injury or something.

What on earth happened? That's crazy! So another 70 mile round trip again soon?
Can they not get them taken from your GP and sent off? Save you some time?
Next time .. have that Nandos! Make the trip worthwhile!
 
Gp won’t do blood tests & can’t get an appointment anyway, other option is a 20 mile round trip to local hospital, have to ring to make an appointment but can take all day to get through, then a 2 week wait for appointment & bloods sent off, last time had to have it done twice as doctors couldn’t find the results, took 3 weeks to file them

Easier to drive to Lincoln, walk in 5 days a week, have their own lab & should get results the next day & hopefully a Nandos

Good morning your FBG keeps coming down, well done, you’ve got this all sorted, don’t know how you can do that many push-ups day after day, can feel my arms protesting after those strict shoulder presses yesterday
So pleased it’s the weekend, absolutely knackered, walk on treadmill & a stretch planned for this morning

Going to cook a large batch of chicken stir fry with lots of veggies today.
And some more huel black is being delivered LOL .. very good for work days.
Dentist follow up appt today to check on the teeth .. but it is all feeling really good today so should be no probs.
Nice gentle day today, a lot of walking, need to stock up on protein powders so will trek into town and back.
