I do them with weights & I'm a older than you (only just)The squats and lunges are bodyweight only. I'm taking it easy these days!!

I have googled some of the exercises you and AGC do, I then incorporate them into my workouts and its like having a personal trainer! I saw footballers doing knee marches a while back and have been doing them with weights on an off for a while, my theory was they must be doing something as I can stand on one leg like a flamingo with out wobble lol The next thing I want is a wobble boardLibre 4.8
