My FBGs are a little higher these days .. wondering if that's the heat causing it.
Body composition looks good, so can't understand why .. will have to keep an eye on it. Getting some new test strips tomorrow will see if they show a different result. Otherwise I'll have to call the doc and see what's going on.

Just googled huel black, 17g of carbs, my protein shakes are all under 3, but it has got all the nutrients that you need in it, must be so boring though
Libre yesterday not said 5.9 but didn’t believe it, blood test confirmed 4.3, too much of a difference, hopefully it’ll get its act together today
Going for a longish bike ride after breakfast before it gets too hot, having another weekend in the garden

Thanks mate .. FBGs are still a little high. Could be the body reacting to coming off statins. Was getting liver pains .. too intolerant to them. Will chat to the doc next week. See what options there are .. in the mean time exercise and healthy diet. It'll settle down again to lower levels soon I'm sure.

Yes the Huel gets a bit boring .. but the macros are good and they keep the carbs low, I add extra protein to the shakes, so at the end of the day I'm taking in about 60 g of carbs in total for the whole day, that's not too bad. I add almond or orange flavouring to them to make them more tasty.

I hope you're feeling OK with your lower BG levels.
Enjoy the biking .. nothing builds a good engine like biking.
Was talking to my neighbour, he built himself a gym in his garden shed .. weights and a couple of cardio machines. Regrets the overspend .. he ended up getting a Peleton and just uses a range of dumbbells for resistance training. Says it's the best and most consistent way to workout. Once you get on the bike and start a class or program it just gets done!
I think I may get one! I used to love spinning and body pump classes.
