Hope you’re fully recovered from that bug now
Having dinner at 6pm then walking or running a mile at 7pm & then only drinking water seems to be having a positive effect on b/s, might have to carry on after the challenge has ended, just have to see if I’ve got any energy this morning to lift any weights
Sons at Wimbledon again today (to see Rafa) so I’m taking the day off, going to spend the day in the garden
Enjoy your day

Doing push, pull, legs, training six days a week. Plus 10,000 steps per day.
Diet is 220grams of protein, equal amounts of fat and carbs. Usually more on the fats.
havnt tested morning fasting in months. Daily randoms are 3.8 - 4.5.

I’ll start testing fasting as I have my annual check on the 20th

Great numbers! I don't think you have anything to worry about at the annual check up.
I like your macros .. mine are actually pretty much the same ~ 220 protein and the rest healthy fats and complex carbs. slightly more fats.

Great workout, only 52 push-ups?
Nice to hear you actually eat salad, 2 tins of tuna though, I couldn’t eat 2 bites
Busy day yesterday gardening, now got a bobcat here to get tree stumps out & don’t know what else, husbands having fun with it
Chlosteral & liver function tests back, chlosteral so much lower, trigs down to 0.5, still waiting for alc to come through
Quick Peleton ride this morning & walk or run later after work
Enjoy your day
