OK, so adding in 2 x HIIT a week is optimal according to Berg and the Sprint 8 I like works for that. I still can't find an optimum OMAD pattern as in how many days per week OMAD before a feast day. Anyone have a good cycle for this? Also, Berg seems to state don't count carbs from veg as part of count. Anyone else advocate this?
