Fat v Sugar BBC Doc

Has anyone seen this BBC doc on iplayer? Some interesting thoughts on diet for health. I would be interested to hear how the LCHF message compares with what is said here.

Well I tried to look at it but it says programme unavailable. I notice they ask the question "Which is worse for us - fat or sugar?" I think the question should be "Which benefits our health more, fat or sugar? " We need fat to function, we don't need sugar.

I use this in school. The kids have to evaluate the very poor scientific processes that are applied to the research.
