no, I havent eaten fruit for years, and my cholesterol is fine. Thanks for the ideas though.Do you eat fruit?
I only ask because since diagnosis my cholesterol dropped to normal. But prior to Xmas I reintroduced it albeit not a lot and my cholesterol increased.
just wondering if that is a possibility and maybe something that could be changed.

GP says the only treatment is for me to lose weight. I pointed out that I have been successfully controlling my blood sugar by diet only for 8 years, and only eat 1200 cals a day max. She looked at me and said I shouldnt reduce my calories any lower. And agreed that my blood sugar levels prove I am not secretly eating rubbish
