not a great fan of cauli rice.

toe much mess & effort..(yeah yeah, boo if you must..i can take it :hilarious: )

so just cut cauli into strips and roast in oven.

cauli steaks are nice too

liking that recipe though... might give that a go.

There is a recipe for Cauliflower pizza i make most months

uses half caullifower, half mozzarella
(tesco / lidl do a cheapie, perfect for this )

not the crispiness of Original pizza, but we like it...it uses up a lot of the deli meat &
nice veggies we now keep in fridge since my DX.

Think more Pizza express then a dominoes thick deep pan.

Not the one I use..plenty out there.
But close to what we do

I couldn’t get pizza base right or maybe I just didn’t like it, I also don’t like cauliflower rice, generally substitutes just make me wish I could have what’s being substituted, luckily I like cauliflower in its natural form, it’s also delicious as a substitute (I know what i just said) as instead of rice in curry, I literally have boiled cauliflower in curry sauce next to the chicken, maybe shouldn’t be thinking about curry at 6am when I’m not eating for another 12 hours

Garlic butter (just garlic chopped or minced into butter) can be used in many ways:
To cook mushrooms in
Melted over any vegetable
Brushed onto fish before grilling
On top of steaks
Stirred into any sauce or gravy
Mussels!
Best of all it freezes well so I make up a whole very soft butter block with 3-4 cloves of garlic, sometimes soem chopped chives. Either freeze in small blocks or in an ice cube tray and take out when needed.
