Garra Rufa Pedicures

Has anyone had one of these?

It's where little Garra Rufa fish eat all the dead skin off your feet!
Says its good for psoriasis and ecezma but wondered if it would help with the hard skin on feet and if it is truly safe (a lot of places talk about filtration systems etc) but not sure if I want fish eating my dead skin having eaten someone elses!

Saw them again in a different shopping centre, cost £10, I think for 20 minutes. I didn't think diabetics were supposed to soak their feet.

I absolutely love the garra rufa pedicure. I have really dry, cracked heels and it is fantastic. Your feet feel incredibly smooth afterwards and feel even softer a few days later. It doesnt hurt at all, just feels a little bit ticklish at first but then you get used to it.
