Hi,
I have been in prediabetes area for 2 years now. I am trying to monitor myself and work with my diet. During my journey I have noticed that ginger does impact my fasting glucose level and pull it down. Initially I thought it was just my glucose meter that is reacting to this but I was getting similar results from hospital also. Hence ginger is the last thing I have in the evenings. Usually I just crush small amount into my tea.
I'm just wondering has anyone else noticed similar effect?
Edit:
looks like there is an article on this already on the page that was posted in 2019
