Go Fish? Back-up Plan


Almost forgot to add that the dill pickles help as a side dish when eating my meals. I noticed my numbers tend to be better if I eat something with vinegar with my meal. Of course you cannot over due it, but it does help.
 
I prefer pitted black olives, usually with a glass or two of wine. The carb content is low, and counterbalanced by the dietary fibre.

I am a sucker for the jumbo black olives. Sometimes I get the ones with peppers stuffed in the olives.
