Good lord - what a transformation!! You look amazing, Kevin - Mrs Potts must be fighting the competition off with a stick! I'm loving the 'designer stubble' too - very trendy.
Well done on the brilliant weight loss!

I'm going to have a can of John Smiths tonight when the footballs on

Currently in the conservatory (much more comfy temperature than earlier this week) watching football slobbed out on the sofa just done my bloods and chuffed they read 7.8

You must be in or near your ideal BMI @KevinPotts ?

Yes 23.8 BMI. My doc talks about PFT (Personal Fat Threshold), he recons 5-11 lbs and I'll be there. If it's 11lbs, that's my weight when I met Yvonne 34 years ago :) feels great!!

You can check on their website. I remember looking at it a couple of weeks ago, and I'm pretty sure they are really low carb.

From a quick bit of Googling looks like 10g per 100g. Each of my bars is 35g and I try to stick to 20g total per day...so just downed one 35g bar which is about 4g carbs....happy days:)
