GOOD AFTERNOON/EVENING.

@doolallylady - Good Afternoon Karen, not heard from You in a while and was just wondering how you are keeping? :) William x And just seen that @13lizanne has just asked me to say Hello to You. Anna x
 
@debrasue as Anna says it is a brooch, was looking through some Victorian jewellery on line and saw this one, and got another Bird (think it's a Robin?) with Rubies and turquoise, and a Diamond encrusted Leopard sat on a Sapphire Ball.
Was thinking about putting a Nude Statue of Achilles as my Avatar - but thought it might be too much and may get a telling off?? :D The next one is going to be really funny, I can guarantee!!!:D:D

It's gorgeous!
About 30 years ago I worked for a company that had close associations with Cartier, and managed to get my hands on a beautiful copy of one of their diamond-encrusted Panthere brooches, as worn by the Duchess of Windsor back in the early 1900s. (Mine wasn't diamonds, I hasten to add!) Unfortunately, it got lost over the years. Pity - it would have been bang up to date again now.....
Can't wait to see the next avatar!
 
@Diamum5972 - The next one that I shall use in a couple of weeks - I had for my Avatar on Facebook and my friends on there loved it!! I've put a new one on Facebook today (tongue in cheek sort of). Thanks Barbara, I don't need much encouragement. :D:D

Oh, lussssssshhhhhhh!! It's tossing down with rain here now, the air has miraculously freshened, and the temperature has dropped by about 5 degrees. You can almost hear the garden saying, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.........!"
Even the dopey woodpigeons are enjoying it, and taking the opportunity for a quick shower

Still holding onto fair weather here the sun had largely gone and clouds are dominating but it still feels warm

You sound like my son - he only goes to college 3 days a week and he's only got a couple of weeks left! His course doesn't have any exams so he's in reverse gear at the moment :)

Been on annual leave this week and it's been a beauty but so sapping so energy levels have been low

Back to work on Monday OMG I don't know what will lie in store for me a lot of catching up I expect

I've just turned 45. he he William.
I know i sound old but you've aged me 4yrs. Ha ha

I was just telling o/h ive aged so much in the past 3 yrs. Pictures of me living down south show me alot fresher and younger looking. I think my toddler is aging me. Ha ha And who said kids keep you young?

I'm getting tested on wednesday for hormone levels. Hopefully see what's going on as weight is fluctuating.
