GOOD AFTERNOON/EVENING.

Good evening ladies and gents
I know some of you are suffering and probably well razzed off for feeling ****** - we have all been there at some point

Giving you all a warm Cumberland hug to forum friends who need one
Ditto hun.
Lovely to see your post. How are things?

Seems odd lately but I'm getting a lot of body sweats. I wonder another symptom with my heart, or menopause, or diabetes. Bgs aren't very high when it happens, although over 8mmol/ls. I wonder if because my eating habits have changed that my body is more sensitive to higher bgs? Anyone else getting sweats? @Diamum5972 it seems one day I'm ok then the next whoosh sweats now.
I think I need to find a health spa, and quick! Ha ha
I bet everyone is saying "yes, get her de-stressed. The quicker the better". lol
I love you all ♡♥♡ (just taken codeine, always giggly and soppy on it). lol

Ron gets the sweats. He can be just sitting down and his back will be pouring with sweat. When he eats his nose starts running and he's constantly sniffing .

My mum is convinced its the menopause. I'm putting my gp on the spot tomorrow. Heart or menopause? Its the not knowing. Although I have been told I might need stents depending on angiogram after echocardiogram next week. I think everyone is just waiting for me to have a heart attack before I'm diagnosed. Well it feels that way.
If I was working I'd have gone private by now. Scans immediately and a consultation. Its hell not knowing what's going on til next week, then few weeks after that, then a few weeks after that. Torture.

Totally agree. It's driving Ron mad all this waiting around. He's so bored . Pains gone into over drive , patches are as much use as a chocolate teapot. Went to gp last week for his patches . While we were there gp says do you need anymore of your meds , Ron couldn't remember so I said no. Gp says you don't pay for yours do you oh well here's another 100. Co _ dydramol. I'm sure there trying to get him hooked on painkillers.

Ambulance man told me his father-in-law that co-codamol was full of cheao products which was giving him chest pains. Once changed to codeine and seperate paracetamol he was much better. Ambulance man was convinced not helping me.
So I've been taking seperately and since then I've been having sweats and last night a chill in bed. Shivering uncontrollably.
So I don't think any benefit to me but ill give a month and see.
I'm feeling very very ill with it all. :(

Gp increased paracetamol.
Antibiotics to take again!
Virus to be fed plenty of hot drinks.

Home now........and relax.
I feel I'm constantly taking tablets lately.

Having a carb treat with my coffee. Definitely deserved this week.

What is everyone up to?
@eldergarth , @tina_marie , @Liam1955 , @Cumberland , @mo53 , @maureen5752 , @13lizanne and I saw @Diamum5972 is busy this afternoon.
Where is @mist ?
How is @debrasue ?
Hi Vicky . I'm bored stupid , wish I lived nearer you . Least I could give you a helping hand . Ron had a bad night. We were sat watching telly then his body began shaking and head twitching . Something always seems to happen between 9 and 10 in the evening. Getting so fed up of waiting for appointments. On the plus side though since Christmas I've lost a stone in weight .

Hello @ickihun I'm fine thank you. I had a few months of being an ostrich ignoring the diabetes last year and as a result my hbac1 was higher in Octover. But I had already got back on track , just. The doctor wanted to increase my metformin but when I told him that I had returned to my LCHF diet and he could see what the effect of it was on my previous results he agreed to waiting 3 months and repeating the blood test. So.... I've just found out next Thursday is the day.
I hope you are feeling better soon. You have certainly been through the mill recently.
My best wishes to @Liam1955 and @13lizanne and to all the thread readers.:)

Aw Bless You @mo53 - And I will keep my fingers crossed that when your HBA1C is done next week it is much lower than last time. You have certainly put your heart and soul back into the LCHF this time = lowering your blood sugars and weight too = praises where it is due:).

Snap! - @ickihun - so am I always taking this and this in tablets Vicky. GP rang me at home at 2.30pm today to ask how my foot is? Told him it is still swollen and giving me pain when walking, but no bruising has come out and it keeps me awake at night along with my backache. I manage 6 hours sleep now and it's 'broken' sleep with being woken with pain every time I change position.
He still reckons it is not Gout?? But, seeing him next Thursday and if swelling has gone? He will check my blood levels of Uric Acid.
I am just enjoying a coffee myself before I go to start preparing our Evening Meal, although I think I ought to starve myself after putting on 4 lbs this week!:***:

Wow. That's excellent. Is that on lchf?
My swollen tummy happens about the same time. In evening rest.
Give Ron a hug from me. This year will be a turning point.
Ps. I've lost 2lb. ....... a drop in the ocean. :banghead:

Yep on lchf. I have a few munchies in between. Couldn't believe the scales this morning.

I forgot I agreed to take 9yr old to a swimming club now on fridays. I'm afraid to swim at mo since just walking is leaving me breathless. I don't want to damage my enjoyment of being in the water by the feeling of choking or exerting myself when I should be resting. No one has told me one way or other but I just know what I'm capable of right now. I miss being able to dress for a swim without strain, never mind the swim itself.
I was ill whilst waiting around so had no choice but to get a taxi home once he stopped fighting the early return home. It was only a tiny bit, luckily.
We will be better prepared next week and he won't be so clingy now he knows more kids.
He loved his swim again. :)
See 2017 is opening up some new doors.

Just have to go and take painkillers. Aches and pains with nausea are back. Even my liver area was giving me pain and sickness whilst out. Poor metformin is under threat if I cannot reduce my liver enzymes again.

Very damp night air here. I wrapped up well but it cannot be avoided this time of year, here.

I did take my activity levels for granted 18mths ago. I don't think I'll ever get over losing it, if its permanent. I just didn't realise how much I liked it all. Cycling, mini jogging, swimming and especially walking for miles to huge parks. It all feels like a dream now. I had great plans for the north-east area roaming and more.

Hoping car will pass its mot on monday. Heater needs fixing too before I'll put the family in it thou, in this weather.

I'm chuffed for you. This lchf really makes a big difference. I've had a few small onion bhajis but otherwise I've been good but not as attentive as most of the week.
Tomorrow is a new day.
I'm exhausted now relaxing. I'll be having an early night tonight.

Going to be shouting this out on my facebook . I've tried many things to lose weight and this seems to work for me . Something Ron and I can do together. We don't count carbs just make sure what we eat isn't high and I also eat a different amount of carbs each day.
