GOOD AFTERNOON/EVENING.

Well, we've had it all here this afternoon in the space of a couple of hours: rain, sleet, sunshine, hail and some wet snow.
Yuk.

But look at this - spring in a vase!
Flowers from my lovely husband, simply because he knows that the last days of a long winter make me hurty and miserable.

Awww - feeling special now... :shy:
@debrasue your fk
Lowers look lovely lucky you. Hope your well

I'm getting there, thanks, Maureen. How are you doing? xx
@debrasue yeh I'm OK had tablet couple years now trying to learn how to use it. Only problem is my nails are so long causing problems. I keep cutting my nails but they grow so fast. Unlike my hair it grows then falls out. Saw my daughter yesterday afternoon went out shopping for couple hours treated her was great to see her but always so sad when she leaves. Still she has her life now. Your flowers look overly really vibrant. Do you ever do intermittent fasting. Hope everyone is well.

I'm so glad you had a lovely time with your daughter yesterday, although it was brief. We're lucky to have them, though, aren't we, especially when they choose to spend some quality time with us. :)
Yes, the flowers are beautiful, and they smell gorgeous too. I feel very spoilt.
No, I'm not disciplined enough to do fasting, I'm afraid, intermittent or otherwise. I get a bit panicky going for long periods without food and run the risk of bingeing to compensate afterwards (long story, dating back to my childhood). Do you do it? I have great respect and admiration for those who do.

Yes, he can be a bit curmudgeonly at times, but then he does something like that and more than makes up for it! :)
I love spring too, and it really doesn't feel too far away now, thank goodness.

Good Afternoon @PansyP :). How are you today? Did you hear from that "Friend" and did he go and see his new GP?:)
Did you under- dose yourself on Insulin? (I've done that myself).

Liam Hi, I haven't heard from him for about ten days so no idea. I'll email him again at some point and will update you with any news.

Yes, Please do let me know :). I do hope he is not ill? After all He is a Type 1 Diabetic, do you know if he lives alone?
Thank You @PansyP -

Sorry I didn't notice the question. I injected but whether I dialled the dosage ..... So either I did or I didn't! have my day's full quota ..... I also haven't any benchmarks to test later readings so I'll wait for the fasting reading tomorrow which scares me.

After the tooth problem, my fasting readings over the last several days did go down to around 7.0 nut given immediately prior to they were around mid 5s/early 6s has made me question if it could be the mouthwash or indeed the new Sensodyne tooth paste. Last night I used salty water instead but the reading this morning, 7.2. Maybe I have to give this trial a few more days.

The dentist apparently advocates Hydrogen Peroxide as an alternative mouthwash. But you foam at the mouth! lol

I also have bought an Oral B Genius 900 smart toothbrush which is on special offer at Boots. I saved £170! With it I can see my teeth projected on my iPhone screen! I have still to use it.

When do you get the results of your blood tests?

He appears to be close still to his ex partner and she was staying with him shortly after the event a couple of weeks ago. He felt really let down ..... but I don't think he wants to return.

Give it another week or two and the Spring Equinox is with us. I will get my blood results on Thursday when at my Hospital Appointment. Have you heard anything? @PansyP

I will email our friend in the next day or so and let you know instantly I have a reply. You could email him!

The Picasso Museum in Malaga then The Alhambra in Granada - one perfect week! The weather there this week has been awful but next week around 21 and sunny!
