Member @Antje77 uses the ones that grow in lush abundance by her front door, as hypo-treatment. That should tell you enough.Has any one else noticed how much a few grapes and raise your blood glucose
there was me thinking they would be good for you had 5 and bloods raised quite a lot

Which aren't anywhere near as healthy as we've been led to believe. Sorry.Thanks I know mpost fruits contain sugars but I was always under the impression they were not quite the same as Sucrose sugar and caused a lot less harm, I only got them because they were reduced in T***o now a pretty expensive bird food
