Good steady progress - well done, but your cholesterol (if that figure of 3 is the total) is a bit low. Is it the total, or is it one of the lipids or ratios?

Just my opinion, but since diagnosed T2D after over 10yrs on a so-called 'healthy diet', I'd no longer just accept that what a Doctor or HCP says as necessarily correct. So I want the actual numbers and the units they are in.
Then I always do some digging and make up my own mind.
It all depends on what OK means to be honest. Have you any idea exactly what was 3? The cholesterol results include the total cholesterol, the HDL, the LDL and the triglycerides, plus the ratios. It is always a good plan to know exactly what all your results were and not rely on anyone else's opinion of whether they are good or bad or OK. You can ask for a print out of the blood test results, and that will show you what is what. If you ring the receptionist, they will print one out for you to collect.
