This one for example is 3.7g of carbs per 100 ghello all, can someone help clear up my confusion please? From previous posts I gathered that a lot of people enjoy eating Greek yoghurt and i’ve been eating a lot recently. However, I noticed on the yoghurt pot that 100g contains 53g of carbohydrate, with that being 53g of sugar. I thought that was high, should I be eating it so much?
Oops, sorry all, I think it is 5.3g ! My eyesight is very poor and I’m waiting for new glasses. Got a bit of a shock with that but at least a good laugh now! It’s Sainsburys Greek style natural yoghurt by the way. That seems extremely high carb, are you sure it wasn't 5.3?
I have a pot of that very thing in the fridge and it is indeed 5.3% carbs.Oops, sorry all, I think it is 5.3g ! My eyesight is very poor and I’m waiting for new glasses. Got a bit of a shock with that but at least a good laugh now! It’s Sainsburys Greek style natural yoghurt by the way.
