hello all, can someone help clear up my confusion please? From previous posts I gathered that a lot of people enjoy eating Greek yoghurt and i’ve been eating a lot recently. However, I noticed on the yoghurt pot that 100g contains 53g of carbohydrate, with that being 53g of sugar. I thought that was high, should I be eating it so much?

This one for example is 3.7g of carbs per 100 g

You should look around the shelves as there's Greek Yoghurt and Greek Yoghurt and many are pretty high in carbs. I go for Fage or for Onken, both low carb though Onken is a tiny bit higher though I prefer the taste.

Brooklea Greek Yoghurt - plain - from Aldi is 4.6g carb per 100g and is delicious! Are you eating a flavoured variety?

That seems extremely high carb, are you sure it wasn't 5.3?
Oops, sorry all, I think it is 5.3g ! My eyesight is very poor and I’m waiting for new glasses. Got a bit of a shock with that but at least a good laugh now! It’s Sainsburys Greek style natural yoghurt by the way.

I have a pot of that very thing in the fridge and it is indeed 5.3% carbs.

Just discovered Brooklea today and have to say its my favourite to date, not bitter at all and comoletely delicious.

any greek yoghurt, ( most seem 5.5g or under.)

3 tablespoons, small handful of berries..
occasionally some pumpkin seeds and/or linseeds.

2 brazil nuts, a few walnut halves, before or after,
mug of tea
breakfast sorted.

Well, I bought some Farg today. I preferred the Brooklea from Aldi as the Farg seemed to lack flavour.
The Farg is 3.0 grams per 100.
