I have full fat Greek yoghurt at breakfast with fruit such as blueberries. Is low fat yoghurt better.

No! Yoghurt is basically a milky food which naturally contains fat. Removing this means it needs unnecessary ingredients, mainly carbs, added to make it palatable again. Look at the ingredients as @barrym has suggested, and then, as my lovely ex-DN told me when she saw how well my LCHF diet was working: "Just keep on doing what you're doing" and carry on eating the real stuff...

Low Fat Greek Style yogurt seems to be popular amongst the 'Keto' community in the USA, not so much among the T2 diabetic community here in the UK.
Personally I don't see the point in eating fatty meat and fish for satiety and fat adaption only to eat dairy with the fat taken out of it.
But different strokes for different folks!

I don’t eat a lot of dairy as I gain weight easily with it even on keto, but contrary to some advice here I do occasionally eat Fage 0% Greek yoghurt- I still find it very satiating and filling also I prefer the taste, but then I never cared for lots of cream and don’t like milk. It’s down to personal preference in the end

I believe it’s because some brands - Fage being one of them - of Greek yoghurt (the real deal rather than Greek ‘style’) have the same carb count but a higher protein content for the 0 fat version (and obviously fewer calories). The appeal is for those doing keto and combining it with some elements of the PE diet a la Ted Naiman.

The higher protein is marginal per 100g but given the quantities some of those guys get through, likely adds up in terms of their macros.

Depends on your goals. I mix and match. In the morning I will have 4 scoops of full fat Greek yogurt as one part of my breakfast (unfortunately the farm produce I used to get has an issue with delivery).

In the evening I have a lower fat yogurt such as Skyr as @Goonergal says for additional protein as I have had enough fat from breakfast to dinner from other sources. As others have said if you get the low fat check the amount of additional ingredients, especially the carb content, which I like to be 5g per 100 or below.

We make our own yogurt with 33% cream it does not affect my BG.
with some berries or a tbs of grated apple
I've started making my own yoghurt recently, it's a full fat greek style that I strain for extra thickness. Having either for breakfast or a desert in the evening if feeling hungry. Its definitely controlling my hunger urges more, and I seem to be able to have approx 100g without any major movement on BG
