Sameer I've read all ur comments and I'm sorry but there are thousands of types 1 & 2 diabetics on here that what and need help and advice and alot that r realy down or depressed and for me u just make me more depressed not listening 2 anyone or the advice they give u so not reading anymore of ur questions seek advice from family and friend or doctors where u live instead of on here where someone can get advice and help that they realy need [POUTING FACE]rant over sorry just realy got 2 me no one can take a chance with there life being diabetic or with there insulin we need it and THATS IT IN A NUTSHELL

Sameer NOT everyone has given up on you, if you still need help.

You don't have to explain your personal circumstances to anyone.

I hope you get your appointment soon. When you do get it,try and make sure you write down all the questions you need to ask regarding your diabetes and if you dont understand what the answers are, ask to have it explained. Good luck RRB

As explained by iHs Sameer ... You are using a mixtard solition of insulin. The insulin you are using is a mixture of fast acting and slow acting insulin. Your ratio was explained clearly by iHs... She suggested that you may need a lower mix of the insulin you are using. She even looked it up to see if you could get it in Pakistan.

Your ratio is a 30/70 mix at the moment. IHs suggested that you may lget on better with a 25/75% ratio.

Please re read what iHs has posted to you.. IHs is right.

Well done Sameer. All that remains is to see the doc. As I said yesterday, please make a list of the concerns and questions you want to ask the doc and he'll be able to answer in a medical capacity. We can then advise on our own experiences, but please be honest with him, he's there to help. It will be money well spent to answer your questions. Facing up to facts as you appear to be doing lately, is the right way forward. Good luck with the doctor and thanks for replying to people who you are lucky enough to have helping you.

You need to speak to your specialist and maybe try another type of insulin. The answer to your question "what will happen if you stop taking your insulin" is very simple, you will die.

Stop taking it and end up like me, at 40 registered blind and had quad heart bypass surgery and kidneys are on their last legs!!! Simple, go to docs!!!

I was 10 when diagnosed and back in those days, 1 jab a day and only urine tests which gave you the results of 12 hours beforehand lol.

What an improvement, it's like hearing from a different person.

You just need to visit your doctor.

Sameer, I almost believe you will see a doctor too. It's been a couple of weeks and you need to see a doctor before you become ill oe seriously ill. Take control and carpe diem.

Prove me wrong. Are you a man or mouse?

i did this was on novamix i decided to stop taking my insulin trust me it was the worst mistake ever and i will regret it for the rest of my life high suger levels left to run riot left me blind i went from good 20/20 vision to registered blind within 4 months i also have a bundle of other problems that my ignorance to diabetes caused

Guys in the evening after 2 hours of lunch i was dead tired and sleepy oh my god i was like i will faint ... But why .... ..... Feeling very tired and so i decided to take test i took my meter and test it came 118 omg normal omg i was scared and then just to be prcise i took again and it came 110 mg / dl ..... Now guys what is wrong with me ...... In morning i took 7 units....... What is wrong with me ......imreally dont know why test are comimg normal .... And yes i was feeling hungry too , urinate too ..... I dont what i am doing wrong ......any way now at 99mg/dl i took 5 units again before dinner ...... Now in morning shold i increase my dose ...... My doctors appointnment is next week .....!!!!
I am writing every thing letseee...... Guys

My reading are coming normal in these small doses but not feeling energetic ...... What i am doing wrong .....???? Anybody

Morning i take 7 units
Night i take 5

Guys dont give up i need help .... Blast me plzzzzzzz

I am concerned as there isnt any progress with you having seen a doctor yet .
All the members have really stressed this 'is' what you really should be doing and
is the only way forward now .

Many members have given you ' lots ' of FANTASTIC support , their time and all encouraged you correctly
to please see your doctor ...

When is the doctors? What date? I'm really encouraged by your change in attitude. Keep up the good work and make of note of questions you'd like your doctor to answer! Good luck Sameer. There is hope for you yet, sunshine!
You MUST see a doctor though, 100% honesty as well with him, so he can assess you accurately. What job do you do? Your english is very good. Please don't say call centre, lol.
