Hi hope you can get some sleep. The pain from a broken bone can be excruciating and has to be experienced to be believed. Fractured leg 8 years ago still lives in the memory. Hope you have a speedy recovery x
RRB - Probably the shock of however you did this
making you feel nauseas and knocked the stuffing out of you too .
Hope you can be comfortable enough to sleep well tonight .
Please do let us know how you are tomorrow though!

Hello Robin Redbreast. sorry to hear about your fall. I hope you manage to sleep. Take care mo
What rotten luck. I am entirely sympathetic because I once broke my wrist - more like smashed it. (fell off a table I was dancing on. That's another story) It hurt like nothing on earth at the time. I had it mended with an operation, then a pot. I must say it took a while to heal, and even now 25 years later, I have a few niggles when I do things like turning on a stiff tap, but that was more to do with the soft tissue damage than the break. Once yours has healed, if they offer you physiotherapy, please take up the offer. Meanwhile, take care, rest and get well soon.
thank you so much CCOh RRB what rotten luck. When I read your OP, I thought that it was because of the osteoporosis but I see that you have that under control with medication.
Hope you will soon feel better and take advantage of resting. You are usually a busy lady with lots to do and will find it strange for a while.
Keep us updated please.
(((((hugs)))))
