Amazing work, bringing it down from 91-47 in 80 days (so pre-diebetic range in under 3 months)I went from 91 to 47 in 80 days after diagnosis, eating 50 gm of carbs per day as a maximum.
I did take metformin and atorvastatin for 5 weeks, but it made me really ill.
I went down to Hba1c of 41 at 6 months, so I don't think I ever really required the tablets. I have been at the top end of normal ever since. I reduced carbs down to no more than 40gm per day some time ago, trying to get down into the 30s, but my Hb1c remained unaltered, so there is obviously not a direct relationship between it and blood glucose. levels
