It's just 10 swings each round, but yeah, it's still not easy! The 2 heavier kettlebells we have are 20 and 32 kg, and I'm definitely not ready yet to upgrade!12 kg!!!
Amazing stuff 15 times.....
Ouffff....

I put on a 10kg back pack for a 30 min walk at lunchtime and think 15kg for flinging about would be more than enough....It's just 10 swings each round, but yeah, it's still not easy! The 2 heavier kettlebells we have are 20 and 32 kg, and I'm definitely not ready yet to upgrade!
All sounds pretty good to me except the last bit....Hello. I've read the beginning of the thread so I hope I've got the right idea.
Friday- 65 minutes swimming
Saturday- 50 minutes swimming
Sunday- 4 hours housework ( does that count as 30 mins exercise?)![]()
Good, another aqua fan. I have managed to get back to the pool after a long break for sicky.Hello. I'm sure my morning with my 2. Year old grandson would count as 30 minutes exercise lol but I did 60 minutes continuous swimming this afternoon. It was great![]()
It is brilliant. Also doesn't hurt to exercise in water. Only place I am able to be more active than the able bodied people who go to the classes. Can't get about much on land but unlimited movement in water.@Pipp . Exercise whether Aquavit or swimming in water leaves you with a very relaxed kind of tired afterwards doesn't it? I always seem to get too tired to worry about anything ! Lol![]()
I think @Jamrox did declare that to be the case right at the start.Hello again. I've just spent over 45 minutes mowing the lawns so I think I will have to bank that as my exercise for Thursday if that's allowed.![]()
