Here comes Summer let's stay active.

It's just 10 swings each round, but yeah, it's still not easy! The 2 heavier kettlebells we have are 20 and 32 kg, and I'm definitely not ready yet to upgrade!
I put on a 10kg back pack for a 30 min walk at lunchtime and think 15kg for flinging about would be more than enough....
so Respect!
nb. I have been wondering about Kettlebells... using a BodyBlade and it is really working my shoulders out, which is okay at the moment,

5 min plank before breakfast, backpack at work for ma legs...BodyBlade at home in the evening...

Hello :). I've read the beginning of the thread so I hope I've got the right idea.
Friday- 65 minutes swimming
Saturday- 50 minutes swimming
Sunday- 4 hours housework ( does that count as 30 mins exercise?) :)

All sounds pretty good to me except the last bit.... :) that seems like a stretch, swimming is top stuff.

Hello. I'm sure my morning with my 2. Year old grandson would count as 30 minutes exercise lol but I did 60 minutes continuous swimming this afternoon. It was great :)

Good, another aqua fan. I have managed to get back to the pool after a long break for sicky.
An hour of aqua fit exercise. Tired now but happy.

@Pipp . Exercise whether Aquavit or swimming in water leaves you with a very relaxed kind of tired afterwards doesn't it? I always seem to get too tired to worry about anything ! Lol :)

It is brilliant. Also doesn't hurt to exercise in water. Only place I am able to be more active than the able bodied people who go to the classes. Can't get about much on land but unlimited movement in water.

Perfect time to meditate too.

5 min plank first thing,
5 x 10 mins BodyBlade through out day
30 min walk with 10kg backpack on at lunchtime, never quite got rained on.... but it did try..... some summer..

,Usual 10 miles on the ex' bike,50 situps,1/2 hr weights and out the door for another london sight seeing tour 9= 9 pm

Hello everybody. Today I swam for 50 minutes! I won't be able to swim for the next two days. Tomorrow I will be walking but not sure about Thursday. :)

Another aqua session one hour. I feel refreshed and getting back to fitness, slowly.

Hello again. I've just spent over 45 minutes mowing the lawns so I think I will have to bank that as my exercise for Thursday if that's allowed. :)

I think @Jamrox did declare that to be the case right at the start.
Alas, I am working to catch up. Unless anyone wants to donate excess exercise banked to me?:D
No? Ah well. It was worth a try.

Back slided tonight, was out watching son rowing and then a Meat based BBQ, so no exercises....
Double sessions tomorrow....

Hello everyone. My exercise today was spent walking. I visited a garden and we spent the day walking, looking at the planting and the Lily's and lily pads in the lakes. Beautiful! :)
