Here comes Summer let's stay active.

Massive walk this afternoon with my dogs , don't know how far we walked but we were out for two hours , now have aching muscles and am about to ruin the walk by having a large glass of wine , cheers :)
Well done. You are doing my share. Will return the favour as soon as able.

Ok, no slacking today. Felt a bit better, so managed some stepping in small chunks of 5 mins x 3.

Will try again tomorrow.

Hi fellow cisers...doing my 10 mile excise bike ride am an x50 situps and 1/2 hr weights...now at work, looking after 12 americans fromnew jersey...they think it's cold hereup at greenwich , the trafalgar arms for lunch, then panaramic tour of central london,...love my job

Glad I am not alone in here.
Managed pottering in the garden today. More strenuous exercise of limits at moment, but have pulled weeds and potted plants with some circuits around the furniture.

Another day of gardening for me. Have now completed my circular raised veg patch and sown seeds. Hopefully it won't be long until I'm enjoying home grown veg and saving myself some money at the supermarket!

I'm experimenting with a russian tomato ( it's a tree) now grown to six feet and the packet said it grows to 5 metreskeeping me axe ready in case any giants come down...lol

Went on a pub crawl with my husband yesterday ( well I had to get my 30 minutes in lol) .
We left the car in town and we walked in to get it this afternoon ..6.25 miles. Blew the cobwebs and hangover away.
We went o Asda and met s friend who was amazed at out healthy basket , not kidding he went on about us being to healthy lol.
We had a cooked chicken , veg and berries. What's really funny was that he didn't get that we eat healthy most of the time ( I'm not a saint though).

We are all doing really well and even when we don't feel 100% are at least trying to do something active .

How big will the tomatoes grow ?

Managed two short walks outside the perimeter of my house and garden today. Rather chuffed.

That's amazing , how do you manage 10 miles , have you got a big padded seat ,my numb bum can only make it to 12km

Well i just pedal as hard and as fast as i can for 1 min then easy for 3 mins then fast for a min til i've done 10 miles( it helps enormously having the ipad connected by bluetooth as the prog' i use lets me choose from dozens of different routes to pedal everything from the grand canyon to new york city quite good fun, takes your mind off the numb bummy bike is a brenchley and it has got a very good padded seat ( look them up )

A few long walks on holiday in France last week, including 2-3 hours on an old railway line converted to a cycle track and 75 minutes up a gorge - steady climb, again on a prepared track 'cos there was a cafe at the top - and 60 back down. Plus some general walking about in towns and markets.

Plodding is the only way to describe my progress. Managed a short walk around supermarket leaning heavily on trolley, and a ten minute stint of cleaning at home.

Clivethedrive, I like to watch TV or listen to music while peddling. My bum isn't as numb as it used to be , it's toughened lol.

Sanguine that sounds lovely .

Pipp you are doing the right thing , you ll get there.

I had to go shopping with my daughter after work but did walk a lot around the shops.
