Hi everyone im new here

Briefly it’s a very low carbohydrate diet, usually considered as under 30g carbs/day.

It should also remove all highly processed food from your diet so you end up eating things you make yourself from raw ultra low carb ingredients. Like humankind did before we started to get "food" from factories.
