I was with you until you got to the peanuts. :(

Hi never tried Oppos. That's my first ice cream since diagnosis for me tasted like... haven
@lucas12 Love Oppos chocolate flavour, the vanilla is OK. It comes in a tub so there's always the temptation just to have another little spoonful. There's no way you'd eat 2 Tesco bars............. at least that's what I'd like to think:)

15g? Too rich for my blood. :bigtears:

That's per 100g though x

Aye, but I'm on 30g per day so half a day's grammage allowance on one small bar would be the same as a one whole meal, sadly.

Thanks SueJB,loved ice cream, will love them again

@Guzzler you could have just one bar at 7.6g. The OP ate 2!

Hmmm... possibly, as a treat. But I would have to make sure that the family ate all the remaining bars because those things have voices, they whisper to you through the medium of Sorcery!

I am so glad I have never had a sweet tooth. We have never had ice cream in the house. I do treat myself to one on holiday - a proper one, preferably with clotted cream, no cornet or flake!

Clotted cream ice cream whilst on holiday in Devon. That is the only thing I've heard of that is possibly worth a spike. And no need for the wafer or the flake either, it is gorgeous just on its own.

Absolutely. It was in Devon where I had my first one, but the best ever was in a cafe on Anglesey. Clotted cream ice cream and a pot of clotted cream on the side. Definitely worth a spike.
