HOW DO I DO THAT ?

Can you please tell me where to go to do those things then - edit, add, make a draft, as I jus can't find anything.

Not sure why you can't edit your posts using the 'Edit' button in your own post ? What sort of phone are you using ? Although TBH that really shouldn't make any difference.

When you are typing out a reply and you want to continue later just click on the 'Save' button. You can then go back later and load the saved post and complete it or save it again and then later post that reply.

My phone is really nothing special but nearly all functions are possible when using it to access and post on the Forum. Check out the FAQ section for some answers which also might help you.

At the risk of stating the obvious, are you sure you were logged in?
 
Private Messages

Forgive me for making this a post, but only other way of contact is private messages and this is my problem, I now have three private messages that are sitting in my outbox, two from yesterday, but although they say they are sent, they do not appear on sent list! Any ideas please? :?

Private Messages you send sit in the Outbox until they are read by the recipient when they go into the Sent folder.

Maybe your inbox is full, you need to delete old messages to release those on-hold.

Daisy was there with the correct answer.

Now this is sorted If you have problems in future just pm a Monitor. It's what we are here for.

How can I C&P an image/smiley/item into a post ... everything I try does not work in this forum

Nothing wrong with the Forum........

You save it on your PC, then when in the post click on 'Upload Attachment.'
Browse for the file on your PC, open the file, then click on 'Add File'.
It appears next to a box.....'Place Inline.'
Click on that and it should appear where the cursor was left in the reply field.

No problem usually.

How do you do it without the file name showing?

Not sure that you can......does it matter ? You could change the file name before you upload it.
 


Yes, I understand all that, but I cannot see the 'Upload Attatchment' button at the top of the message posting box. I can see 'Img' but clicking that does not open an uploading box.
 
Oh ... hee hee .. that is below the bottom of my reduced screen.

I scrolled down a tad and there it was... :lol:
 
Changing the file name is a good idea but if you're including a small smiley in a text it doesn't look very nice with a file name, size and number of views...

its a pity it comes up with ATTACHMENTS above and in a white section....still, at least I've found the uploader button :lol:
 
If you select in line you don't get the white square and "Attachment".
