I was diagnosed last July as being Diabetic type 2. Everything else I have learned from this website. However, I am Glucose Intolerant and wonder how this affects my muscles etc? I was at the gym last week and did a 40 minute work out on different machines by which time I was really sweaty and thirsty (not surprising really). But for all I drank etc, I felt so tired, I slept when I got home and also even after going to bed at 19:30 I was still in bed at 10 am the following morning. Although this is the first time it happened after a trip to the gym, this has happened a few times to me in the last few weeks and getting up so late, I really don't like sleeping in, I am use to getting up at 06:00 or 07:00. I don't know how the Glucose Intolerance will affect me while I am at the gym? Can anyone shed some light on this please?
