Started low carb (and low (ish) fat as I am big anyway) and lost 5lb last week

I've now lost 4st since xmas' 16.Since xmas I have lost 2st.
Since 8th may I have lost over 1st.
I am taking relaxed orilstat tablets and low carb.
Stopped all wheat bread and breadcumb. Cream, cheese and nuts. (All snacks except a liver block before bed, on occasion to give me a low fbg boost.)

Ive been on a strict diet for the past fortnight. In that time I have shed 4kg. When I say strict I mean that I have adhered to it strictly, but it is not a diet of deprivation. Sensible eating during the day and a regular [healthy] dinner in the evening.
Losing one pound of body fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories. To lose two pounds per week, you must drop 1,000 calories per day.
