Ideal Diet to Avoid Diabetes

It's an interesting question actually, so obviously we are already predisposed to diabetes.

For example I've not been officially diagnosed but with my own meter I can already see that my numbers aren't normal and through genetic testing I've got several markers for diabetes (loads).

So to begin with what you've talked about as a remedy, is probably the best prevention, less carb/starch heavy and more fresh fruit and vegetables as well as meat of course.

It's probably the diet I will need to follow for the rest of my life and it looks like I have an issue with gluten too, RIP brownie and pizza binges!

Yes, best left at that. I was trying to find a way around what I really wanted to say. It came out a bit too cryptically.
My apologies didn't intend to be critical you knew what you meant and and it didn't call for me to shift into pedantic mode.:sorry:
