Guilty Confession time.
Working away so ended up going 7 hours without food while on gliclazide. Got back to the hotel, slightly shaky and tested at 3.7, very low for me.
Found a pub next to the hotel!
Potato skins, bacon & cheese
Half pound burger, bun and chips
2 hours later up to 12.6!
I'm blaming the hypo for making me think weirdly :-D
But I'm paying for it now!
(actually I didn't eat the chips and only half the burger and not even a pint)
first time in 2 months I've been really naughty but found it pretty sickly.
How do you do a sick smiley?
